George Santayana, an influential thinker of the 20th century, once said: “Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” This popular quote is often presented as admonishment for not making the same mistake twice. But what if, instead, you want to recreate your previous successes? Shouldn’t you remember the past then so that you can repeat it? Remembering our successes is one way to give ourselves a much needed boost to achieve our next challenge!
